The New Life Series Hot-Melt Guns from Protek are designed to deliver reliable, high-performance adhesive applications across a wide range of manufacturing and packaging processes. Available in standard and high-temperature configurations, these industrial hot melt guns can be supplied with multiple modules, centre diameters and nozzle options to meet specific production requirements.

Engineered for speed and efficiency, the New Life Series operates at up to 6,000 cycles per minute and incorporates advanced features including an AMX 45 module with a double interchangeable gasket cartridge, a zero-cavity self-cleaning nozzle and a protective non-stick Ergal aluminium casing. An integrated adhesive filter can be removed without disconnecting the hose, helping to minimise maintenance time and maximise productivity.

PREO's advanced low-energy solenoid valve option provides a compact, lightweight solution for high-speed adhesive application where performance and efficiency are critical.
