About Provision
Provision Engineering is a machinery and machining specialist based in Lukavac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, working across tape application, folder gluer equipment, custom machine building and CNC machining. The company designs and builds its equipment in-house, giving it the flexibility to combine standard machines with custom engineering for more specific production needs.
As Protek's partner for Provision, we supply their tape application range to manufacturers producing corrugated and e-commerce packaging, where fast, accurate tape application is essential to keeping production lines running efficiently. Provision's equipment is built for high-speed, high-precision environments, with a focus on flexibility across a wide range of box formats and production setups.
Products Overview
We supply the full Provision tape application range, including:
EPackPro: A dedicated tape application system for corrugated packaging, both open and closed formats. Built with servo-positioned inner carriers across four sections (feeder, side register, application and delivery conveyor), it can be configured to feed automatically to or from a folder gluer machine.
Silicone Tape Applicator: Available integrated into EPackPro or as an upgrade to an existing folder gluer machine. Runs at speeds up to 200m/min with capacity up to 25,000 pieces per hour, handling tape widths from 15 to 60mm.
Teartape Applicator: A servo-driven applicator for higher precision and speed demands, running up to 200m/min with capacity up to 18,000 pieces per hour, handling tape widths from 4 to 6mm and up to 5 segments in a single pass.
Custom Applicators: Bespoke tape application equipment developed for specific production requirements outside the standard range.
