Protek’s new gluing system Sift Proof is based on a completely innovative packaging technology, improving flexibility and reducing downtime due to size changes.

This state-of-the-art technology produces a perfect sealing barrier preventing any powder from coming out of a cardboard box fastening and sides. At the same time it will prevent humidity, foreign particles and insects from entering the container therefore eliminating the need for a protective plastic bag saving on manufacturing costs.

The Sift Proof series incorporates zero-cavity technology and self-cleaning nozzles that eliminate the obstructions caused by carbonization. Inside each nozzle there is also a hard metal covered with a PVD needle ensuring the greatest spraying reliability and repeat operation, saving at least 80% on maintenance times.
