Protek’s new Easy Series micro-processor controls all those functions necessary to ensure smooth running of the gluing operations such as thermo-regulation in all the different areas and programming of eight glue tracks for each of the eight independent channels.

Additional features include economy function, clock, weekly programme, maximum temperature alarm, sequential heating of all channels and a delay temperature set point lock.

A new LCD display shows all the machine sections (tank, manifold, hoses and guns with respective parameters), allowing for immediate and extremely easy programming, even by unskilled operators. A specific notification area controls the system status in all its operational phases. In case of eventual alarms or faults error messages are displayed.

Another innovative feature of the new Easy Series is the ‘rotary switch’, an easy to use selector function for programming, modifying and setting all the parameters to ensure smooth operation of the system.
