Product Information
The KQ Rotary Nozzle Plasma Surface Treatment Machine from Protek is designed to prepare a broader area of a material before bonding, printing or another surface-dependent process. Its rotary nozzle provides wider treatment coverage than the direct-injection range.
Plasma treatment modifies the exposed surface to improve its receptiveness to the selected adhesive or printing process. The rotary range supports applications across packaging, inkjet printing, cable manufacturing, automotive components and electronics, subject to the material and system configuration.
The supplied specification lists a treatment width of 30–54mm per head, with configurations containing one to four heads. Protek can help assess the treatment area, substrate and production layout before selecting a system. Trials with the actual material and adhesive or ink are needed to establish suitable settings and the required result.
